and evening relaxation in the secluded spa, all of this in just

a bit of our paradise. Our beautiful beach ready home was designed
to bring the outside in and allow you to unwind and relax in luxury.
As you cross the Jolley Bridge onto Marco Island, you get a sense that you are entering paradise. Situated just 15 minutes south of Naples, most people on the Island refer to Marco Island as "Florida's Best Kept Secret" or the "Last Paradise". Marco is a quiet, low stress environment to just relax and take a break from the busy world. Marco Island is secluded from most areas in Florida, but close enough to many of Florida's attractions and activities. Our houses cater to guests with families as well as couples who just want to escape for a period of time.

Our Marco Island Florida vacation
rentals are located 16 miles South of Naples, FL
and 50 minutes South of Ft. Myers, FL on the largest island
of the Florida Everglades' 10000 Island chain. Also about
40 miles south of Sanibel and Captiva Islands. Marco Island
Florida is known for spectacular white sand beaches which,
fishing, and sunny weather. These beaches are beautiful for
relaxing and kids vacations. Marco Island Florida is 4 miles
by 6 miles and contains all of the restaurants, shopping,
you will need right on the island itself. Public access
to the 4 mile long crescent shaped beach at the North and
South ends of the Island.

Marco Island is located as deep in southwest Florida as you can get without running into the Everglades. The largest island in a jumble of them known as the Ten Thousand Islands, Marco is packed end-to-end with golf courses, resorts and gated communities. It is a subtropical haven for retirees who invested wisely, and it also gets its fair share of vacationers and convention business.

homestead. It is our hope that after exploring our site and
all the amenities we offer, you will feel more comfortable
with your decision to rent one of our homes. Hi, we are the
Hearn's and Kennedy's and we are working professionals in
Cincinnati, OH.
The Hearn family consists of Richard, Susan, Grant and Lauren. Richard and Susan met in college at Purdue University, and were married shortly thereafter. We have lived in Cincinnati OH since this time where we started with Procter & Gamble, and have moved to more entrepreneurial ventures in the IT services industry. Richard is a partner with Mark Kennedy (of the Kennedy family below) in Crown Partners. We have always lived on the water, and Richard has taken vacations to south Florida since he was an infant. In 1998, Richard and Susan added Grant to their family, and in 2000 Lauren was born. We are a happily married couple that has decided to purchase this Florida property with the Kennedy's as an investment strategy to pay for Grant and Lauren's college. We hope you enjoy your stay in our home.
The Kennedy family consists of Mark, Christine, Ethan, Brice, Lilly, and Elise. We met in college at Bucknell University, and were married a couple years later in Cincinnati. We moved back to Cincinnati where Christine grew up, and decided to take up residency for her medical program. Mark and Richard met in 1995 and have been close friends since. We have most recently kicked off a new company headquartered in Cincinnati... Crown Partners. Christine is a Doctor with a local Radiology practice in Northern Kentucky, Greater Cincinnati. We have never lived on the water, but fell in love with Marco Island on a yearly family vacation we took with the Hearn's. We hope you enjoy your stay.

Cypress Pointe Grande Villas Resort combines the best of laid-back Florida luxury with the finest of fun for the family. It's close to everything in Florida you might want to see, from Cape Canaveral to the wildlife refuges of Florida, while Disney World is practically next-door.Cypress Pointe Resort is also noted for its fine facilities. You will find a large outdoor pool with a central volcano feature, a large outdoor "adult" pool, outdoor hot tubs, children's pool, as well as a basketball court, tennis courts, shuffleboard court, children's playground, exercise room and game room. There is also a gift shop/groceries store with a limited deli offering pizza, deli sandwiches and salads. Wireless internet is now available for a fee of $5 per day/$20 per week - payable directly to property.
After a fun filled day at the theme parks or exploring the area, come back to your spacious suite and relax in first class comfort. There are a variety of luxurious suites at Cypress Pointe. One- and two bedroom suites have kitchen and some have Roman tubs or whirlpool baths and all have TV, direct dial phones, air conditioning and screened patio or balcony. Two and three bedroom units also have a washer and dryer. All the accommodations are decorated and furnished to the highest standards, and the larger suites feature absolutely enormous televisions.
ALL of our resorts will require a credit card ONLY deposit for all guests.
The deposit will be $100 US and shall be returned when the rooms have been inspected and no damage has been done or items are not missing. If there is damage or items missing the guest will be charged.
Notice of Construction: Cafe to start construction in the first quarter of 2008, lasting an estimated 4 mos. Recreational Area to start construction in late January to last approximately three months. Installation of Fiber Optic cable with work inside of all buildings (guests and Club House) starting December 26, 2007, and to last about a month. Installation of increased electrical capacity to the Club House - In progress now in January. This will affect part of the lobby and is expected to take another 3 to 4 weeks. Outside painting of all the buildings will January 3 and last thru end of June at minimum. Additional construction will begin on a new tennis court and laundry building on April 15, 2008 for the duration of approximately 5 months.
We will try our best to isolate the areas as much as possible, but there may be times where it may not be possible. There will be some noise/dust as a reuslt of the work being done and we will strive to minimize the conditions.
