The expansive floor plan with corner kitchen still allows for plenty of privacy with bedrooms on opposite ends of the house. The openness of the house is perfect for a South Florida Waterfront Vacation Rental as you are looking from the kitchen out through the dining room and lanai to the water.
Kitchen: The beautiful kitchen is the centerpiece of the house. Complete with new appliances and all the utensils required for cooking everything from the perfect omelets breakfast to a gourmet evening meal. Bon appetite! Notice the new granite countertops. The view from the kitchen to the sun room is expansive and open! And the view through the kitchen window over the pool into the canal is simply beautiful! Ready to enjoy a Corona? There is a granite bar on the Lanai side of this opening.
Family Room: The tiled room just off the pool is a favorite among the family. We spend most of our time in this room as it is connected to the kitchen, and just steps from the Lanai and Pool
Living Room: This spacious room includes NEW leather couches for your living comfort. It also includes a fantastic home theater and entertainment system featuring a large television, VCR and stereo, perfect for late night movies.
Pool & Spa: The lanai is the perfect place to unwind after a hard day at the beach or the golf course! An early morning swim in the Pool or evening soak in the hot tub to relax for the night. Steaks & fish for dinner will be sure to please. This is a Huge Pool!!! The pool is located straight ahead of the house, just off the ocean canal. The pool is oversized, and beautiful! Since our pool is situated to take advantage of the early morning sun, right through the evening (down south we call that Southern Exposure)!
Waterfront: The waterfront view is breathtaking! You see converging canals with some of the most beautiful homes on the island surrounding you. The Canal is very wide and expansive.
Master Bed Room: The Master Suite is situated just off the Living Room with a sliding glass door to theexpansive Lanai. It is the only bedroom on this side of the house and makes for quit, restful sleeping.
Prince Suite: Draw the short straw and missed out on the master suite? Do not despair! Relax on two twin beds (or make them into a King) for a good night sleep. The Prince Suite is also connected to the Lanai like the Master Bed
Bed Room #3: Bedroom #3 has two twin beds that could be made into a king bed.
Other Details Of course the house includes washers and dryers for your laundry needs.
