had a wonderful stay in Florida this year. This house is far better than
any hotel we've stayed in. Everything was perfect. We are so
grateful we were able to connect with you. It was just as relaxing as
being at home. Your notebook of useful info was exactly on target.
Our
sons had a blast fishing the canal. Everything we needed we found here or
you left notes telling us where to go. We would definitely enjoy a return

my husband and I set out on the lanai all packed and ready to go, we are
grateful that there are people like you to share your world. We have been
coming to Marco Island for 10 years and we have to say this was the best week!!

on Goodland on Sundays. Its one big Jamboree!!
We
try to come down 2 or 3 times a year and now for as long as we can, and as long

"My
husband and I have been coming to Marco Island for years. We love it
here. We decided to rent a house for a week and we must say we made the
right choice. This home is beautiful and has everything you need.
The pool was an added plus. The spa came in handy in the evenings after
shopping, beaches, and all the other activities. We both enjoyed fishing
the canals. The resident snook was out there each evening. He is
still there. He didn't get so big being stupid. Good luck to anyone
trying to catch him and landing him on the dock.
We
will be back!

all enjoyed two glorious weeks in your beautiful home. This was our first
time on Marco Island. The pool and spa was so enjoyed.
Since
this was a family reunion, it was a very special holiday for us all and your
home made it even more so. Thank you for sharing your home with us.
We
too failed to catch those clever fish! We leave a teapot as a momento of
the visit.
Our
Comments: Ok... we came to the
conclusion that the best fishing is right off our dock. We've caught Red
Snapper, Sheeps Head, Lady Fish, Catfish (yuck), and many, many Jack (the most
fun fish to bring in on the pole). You just need live shrimp and a
bobber! Also... many thanks to the Palmers for the teapot they left
behind. I'm sure our future guests will appreciate it!

Thank
you for providing us with a beautiful house to complete our vacation. We
not only enjoyed the Island as a vacation place, but we also felt like we're

This
past week has been wonderful. Your home is just beautiful and we took
full advantage of it's special qualities. Sleeping with the slider door
wide open was like sleeping outside. What a great feeling! Pina
Coladas in the hot tub each evening - Classical Spanish guitars playing in the
lanai - so relaxing. Especially nice in December.
Tomorrow
we head bact to our 1823 New England home. Oh what a difference. We
will miss this easy living.
Looking
forward to visiting here again. Next time we'll plan to stay much longer.

Beautiful
house. Wonderful accommodations. We spent a lovely week here.
We used the house as home base here. Spent 90% of our time on the
lanai. We felt like we were living an outside life in an enclosed
environment.
Pool
and hot tub really hit the spot. It's a far cry from 3" of snow in
Chicago today. Hope to be back next year.

canal... you just have to use live bait to catch them. The snook are
REALLY hard to catch.

After
spending 4 hours in the Pittsburgh airport with 2 children, 1 ½ hours in Tampa
airport waiting for the rental car, and about 3 ½ hour drive to Marco Island,
your home was a delightful surprise. We enjoyed exploring the island,
beaches, shopping and Naples Conservatory. but. if you ask our children, the
pool, hot tub and fishing were the highlights of their stay.
Thanks
also for supplying some of the little extras which haven't been at other houses
we've rented (real towels, laundry soap, dish soaps, etc.) The notebook
with info is a great idea. Hopefully we'll get a chance to return.
PS.
My compliments to whoever chose purple to decorate. Its my favorite
color.

Comments: We've experienced your same
travel experiences with our kids... kids will be kids!... But, you should
try to fly into Ft. Meyers. The drive is only 45 minutes.

really enjoyed our first visit to your beautiful home. We are considering
a move to Florida to develop a new medical device business and this week helped
the cause. We shared the week with my parents from Chicago and we were
thankful to miss the 10 inches of snow. Your home is very well furnished

We've
been renting private homes for years, from Virgin Gorda to the keys to Marco,
and this is the best one yet! The house itself is beautiful but the
central location makes for easy access to everything on the Island. The

98 (Small World!) We lived on Dellwood Ave. Scott was the principal
