Room is simply beautiful. The balcony just outside the Great Room is perfect
for morning and evening relaxation.
Pool & Spa: The Pelican Lanai is unique in Marco Island
Florida as it is beautifully incorporated into the surrounding
decor. This property is one of the largest properties on the
island. It comes equiped with a garden for an evening stroll,
and a waterfall for your relaxing pleasure. The pool is open
to the surroundings and very large!
Waterfront: The dock is large enough for you to park a boat (should you
bring or rent one).
Dining Room: The Dining room is open and in the center of the house. It
includes a beautiful dining table for those evening dinners.
Master Bed Room: Relaxation awaits you in the master suite as you board
with a king size bed and palm furniture. You'll be sleeping while overlooking
all of Marco. This is a luxurous master bath with jacuzzi, awaiting your
company.
Prince Suite: Do not despair! The prince suite is worthy of its name.
Relax on a Queen bed for a good night sleep.
Bed Room #3: Bedroom #3 has two twin beds, ready for a good nights
sleep. This is all new furniture. The beds are so confortable, you'll want to
know where we purchased them!
Bed Room #4: Bedroom #4 has a queen size bed, and is also connected
directly to the deck for easy access. Other Details There are washers and dryers for your laundry needs.
